
My Olive Garden luncheon was postponed for today. Therefore, I spent the last fifteen minutes researching their sodium packed menu to see if I could eat ANYTHING while I’m there. Luckily, I know a little thing or two about portion control.
Here’s what I chose. I plan to cut everything in half, have no desert and only eat half of one bread-stick.
I think I should be okay. -insert hyperventilation here-
